MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

Updated: Sep 23, 2020

MENTAL ILLNESS IS NOT A JOKE, THERE IS A REASON WHY BEHIND EVERY PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITION. Before you speak anything know what is it.

Anyone can have a mental disease today, even ordinary people who you can see every day.
"The moment you admit your pain, the healing begins."

A human brain has about 100 billion nerve cells,

and the neurotransmitters from them alter our conscious state.

Adrenaline is secreted when we're stressed,

and oxytocin strengthens our bond with others.

Dopamine wakes us up,

and GABA ( Gamma-aminobutyric acid ) calms us down.

How do these neurotransmitters come to be?

It comes from your feelings.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Exercise increases the levels of a neurotransmitter called serotonin,
and causes dopamine secretion,
reducing the feeling of depression.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Walking...

It's nice to walk and enjoy the scenery.

It helps you clear your mind and lifts your spirits.
